Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Are you a real florist or an internet company? Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

    • We are a real bricks and mortar shop located at 6113 NC 86 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, near exit 266 of I-40. We deliver to addresses throughout Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough and Durham.

  2. How long will the flowers last?

    • A lot depends on how you care for them. It's important to keep the water topped up daily. Fresh flowers drink a lot and not all the stems go right to the bottom of the vase. Re-cutting and changing the water after a few days will help even more, as will keeping them away from heat sources. Generally, you'll expect roses to last about a week; same with tulips, gerbera daisies, snaps and stock. Carnations, alstromeria, daisies and mums last longer and if they're kept well will last 2 weeks or more.

  1. Can I customize an arrangement?

    • Sure, you can task us with anything your imagination can conceive. We love taking on creative challenges. It's best to arrange these kinds of things in person or by phone and we'll be happy to work with you to come up with something unique that says just the message you want to send.

  1. Can I order flowers ahead and pick them up myself.

    • Absolutely. When you place your order online there is an option for a pickup and you can specify the time that we should have it ready for you.
